Contact Your League Administrator
Your league administrator can provide you with support with issues having to do with proper roles, incorrect user info, league specific questions about registration, schedules, refereeing, etc. Click here to find the name of your administrator. Select your league, press GO, and then scroll down to find the contact information for your league administrator.
Login and Access Issues
Question 1: How do I enter game results if I am a team contact?
Answer: Log in with your user name and password and click on Report Game Results.
Question 2: How do I find out my log in name or password if I forgot it?
Answer: From the log in page click on the Forgot your Password? link. Enter your email address, and your password will be sent to you. If you receive the message "Sorry, we found no users with that email address", then it means either that you have not been entered into our database or that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact your League Administrator, Referee Coordinator (for refs), or Match Secretary (for team contacts) to resolve this. Click here to find out contact information (select your league to view and then scroll down to the list of league officials). Tell them your name and email address. S/he will check if you just need your email address corrected or if you need to be added as a user. In either case, you will receive an email with your login name and password. After that, you can modify your own personal information via the Edit Personal Info page.
Question 3: How do I get a password if I have never received one?
Answer: Please contact your League Administrator, Referee Coordinator (for refs), or Match Secretary (for team contacts). See answer above for how to contact them and what to do.
Question 4: Can I access the site from a bookmark?
Answer: You can bookmark (or save as a Favorite) the YourSportsLeague.com home page or the Login page. You can also bookmark your View League, Division Schedule, or Team Schedule pages on the site.
Question 5: How can I tell if there is a problem with my internet connection?
Answer: Our site has greater than 99% uptime, so if you are having trouble connecting, it is unlikely the site is actually down. Check to see if you can connect to other web sites, such as Yahoo, Amazon, or Google. Also, sometimes the Internet itself is slowed down -- e.g., by virus activity, or just a very high number of users. That can sometimes cause temporary access problems. In that case, you should simply try again in a few minutes.
Question 6: How do I change my user information?
Answer: Click on "Edit Personal Info" from your User Home Page.
Viewing and Printing Schedules.
Question 7: How do I view my division schedule?
Answer: On the login page, click the Schedules button at the top of the page or click here. Select your league and click on GO. From there click on the division you wish to view.
Question 8: How do I view my team schedule?
Answer: On the division schedule page there is a list of teams with contact information. Click on your team name. Both a customized team schedule and field directions are displayed.
Question 9: How do I print my team schedule?
Answer: From the team page use your browser's print function (under the File menu) to print the schedule. NOTE: The Netscape browser currently exhibits a problem when attempting to print a schedule. We recommend using a different browser.
