This field is on the former Alameda Naval Air Station grounds at the west end of the Island of Alameda. Enter Alameda via the Webster Street Tube from downtown Oakland.
Follow Webster Street to the first light and turn right on Willie Stargell Avenue.
Follow Willie Stargell Ave until it becomes West Midway about mile to Lexington Street. Turn right on Lexington.
Continue a hundred yards past the AP fields on your left and you will see the Multipurpose field (soccer/baseball) directly ahead.
To reach the Webster Street Tube:
- From the north (Berkeley): Take 880 to 980 into downtown Oakland. Exit at 12th Street and continue straight ahead to 5th Street. Turn left on 5th Street and stay in one of the two left lanes. At Broadway, bear left into the Tube.
- From the east (Concord): Take 24 to 980 into downtown Oakland. Follow the directions from the north.
- From the south (Hayward): Take 880 to Oakland. Exit at Broadway and stay in the left lane. Turn left on Broadway and turn left again into the Tube. Lexington at Redline, Alameda Point This field is on the former Alameda Naval Air Station at the west end of Alameda. Take the Webster Street Tube from downtown Oakland to Alameda. To reach the Webster Street Tube from southbound I-980 take the 12th Street exit and continue straight ahead to 5th Street. Turn left on 5th Street and stay in one of the two left lanes. At Broadway, bear left into the Tube.
From Westbound I-880 exit at Broadway and stay in the left lane. Turn left on Broadway and turn left again into the Tube.
Follow Webster Street to the first stoplight in Alameda and turn right on Atlantic Avenue. Follow Atlantic to Main Street just before the East Gate.
Turn right on Main Street and follow Main to its end at the North Gate to the former base. Turn left into the gate and bear to the right side of the "Y" once inside the gate. Make the first right and the field will be on your right hand side.There is parking on the streets and also parking in the adjacent lots across the street from the field.

1) Entry and exit will be at the walkthrough gate (smaller gate), located just behind the soccer goal on Excelsior. Please no arrivals before 8:45 am. Parents can park or drop off/pick up along either Beaumont or Excelsior. Please make sure kids enter through the gate (not through the front of the school). PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS TO YOUR TEAM PARENTS! 2) There is a combo lock for the gate. I will share it with the field coordinator only. We want to make sure that only a few people have this combo (mainly to prevent other people from trying to enter the field at other times!) 3) Bathrooms - they will have both boys and girls locker rooms unlocked for bathroom access. There is a new discussion about having the upper bathrooms open. I will update as soon as I have an update. 4) The gate to the rest of campus (at the top of the ramp) will be locked. With locker room access, no one will need to access other parts of the school. Please make sure the kids aren't wandering around campus or the basketball courts. 5) Custodians: contact your fields coordinator. 6) There will be a garbage can on the lower yard. Please make sure the field is clean/clear before leaving and that the gate is locked. 7) Please warn kids not to run from field onto black top with their cleats on.... very dangerous! 8) No Food/beverage on field please! Only water.

Take I-580 to the 35th Avenue exit. Proceed east on 35th Avenue towards the hills. At the Warren Freeway (Highway 13) 35th Avenue becomes Redwood Road. Continue on Redwood Road up the hill and turn right at the second stoplight onto Campus Drive. After about a quarter mile, turn left onto the College grounds. Take the second left to enter a series of parking lots. On weekends, you may use any of the white painted spaces not reserved for special use. Bring FOUR quarters to buy a parking permit, which must be placed on your dashboard (not required on Sunday). Walk across the basketball courts and up the ramp to the soccer fields or use the stairs from the innermost lot. The Deputy Sheriff will ticket improperly parked cars. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED! Field C is the U10 field closest to the stairs from the parking lot. Please keep adults and children away from the discus/hammer throw cage.

The field is at 420 Grand Avenue just west of Otis Drive in Alameda. From the Webster Street tunnel entrance to Alameda, follow Webster to Buena Vista Avenue. Turn left on Buena Vista Avenue. Proceed about 1.2 miles to Grand Street (not Avenue) and turn right. Follow Grand about a mile past Otis Drive. From the Park Street Bridge entrance to Alameda, follow Park Street to Otis Drive. Turn right on Otis and follow it about .8 mile to Grand St. Turn left, pass Rittler Park and look for the school.
