Directions from I-64 East or West:

Exit 291B, Highway 168 to Nag's Head/ Great Bridge. Take left fork for hwy 168 towards Nag's Head. After approximately 5 miles, exit at 10B, Hanbury Rd East. Hanbury will become Etheridge Manor Blvd. Continue straight on this road until it ends at Centerville Turnpike. Turn right onto Centerville Turnpike and go approximately 1.7 miles. The entrance to the complex is on the left, just before the railroad tracks.


Directions from Greenbrier Parkway:

Traveling west/south on Greenbrier Parkway, cross Volvo Parkway and Kempsville Road. At this point, the road becomes Butts Station Road. Continue on Butts Station until it ends at Centerville Turnpike, approximately 2.2 miles. Turn right, and follow Centerville Turnpike for approximately 5.2 miles. The entrance to the complex is on the left, just before the railroad tracks.

Directions from I-64 East or West

Exit 291B, Highway 168 to Nags Head/Great Bridge. Upon exiting, IMMEDIATELY get into left hand lane. At the fork take the left #168 towards Nags Head. Go about 5 miles to Exit 10B - Hanbury East. At the second stop light, Hanbury becomes Etheridge Manor Blvd. Stay straight until Etheridge Manor Blvd dead ends at Centerville Turnpike. Turn right onto Centerville Turnpike. Go approximately 1.7 miles - Centerville Park entrance is on the left hand side.

Directions from Greenbriar Pkwy

Go West/South on Greenbriar Pkwy. Cross over Volvo Pkwy; cross over Kempsville Road. Greenbriar Pkwy becomes Butts Road Station; stay on for approximately 2.2 miles to T-intersection. Turn right on Centerville Turnpike and go for approximately 5.2 miles. Centerville Park entrance is on the left hand side.

DIRECTIONS:

4051 River Shore Rd Portsmouth, VA 23703 TAKING I-464: Take I-464 toward Downtown Norfolk. At the end of I-464 take I-264 to Portsmouth and go through Downtown Tunnel. Take the Frederick Blvd. exit and bear to the right on Frederick Blvd. (this is also Route 17-North). Continue on Route 17-North; it will make a left hand turn onto High Street. Continue on 17-North ��������� you will pass Maryview Hospital on your right and cross over the Churchland Bridge. Go approximately 1-mile to intersection with Cedar Lane (traffic light - You will see Portsmouth YMCA on your right). Turn Right on to Cedar Lane. Stay on Cedar Lane. Cedar Lane will cross over I-164. Once you cross I-164, you will approach Churchland Park. There is a fire-station at the corner of Cedar Rd. and River Shore Rd. You will see the Churchland Soccer Complex just behind the fire-station. Once at the corner of Cedar Rd. and River Shore Rd.: 1) - You can turn left here for parking at Churchland Middle School (first right) or continue to Churchland Academy parking lot. (Second right). 2) ��������� You can continue up Cedar Lane and park at Churchland High School on the right (can cross over on foot behind Churchland Middle School via sidewalk). 3) ��������� You can continue up Cedar Lane and turn left just before the Craney Island USCG facility entrance. This road wraps around the tennis courts to the back side of the soccer complex. There is parking all along this road ��������� but tends to be crowded. TAKING I-64 TO I-664: Take I-64 toward Suffolk. At the end of I64 take I-664 going toward Newport News. Continue until you come to the Route 164 exit. Take this exit toward Portsmouth. Continue on Route 164 until you come to the Cedar Lane exit (between 2 and 3 miles). Take the Cedar Lane exit and turn left onto Cedar Lane. Cedar Lane will cross over I-164. Once you cross I-164, you will approach Churchland Park. There is a fire-station at the corner of Cedar Rd. and River Shore Rd. You will see the Churchland Soccer Complex just behind the fire-station. The middle school driveway is accesible from River Shore Rd. 2)- There is parking along the road going by the U6 fields. This road is the last left you can take off of Cedar Lane before you enter the Craney Island USCG facility. 3)- There is ample parking in the Churchland High School parking lot. 4)- There is parking in the Churchland Acadamy parking lot. There is a walkway from this parking lot which runs between the middle school and the softball field and takes you right to the soccer fields. Only authorized vehicles are allowed onto the soccer complex grass for maintenance, delivery, handicap parking, and official league business. No one should park within the complex area without prior approval. DO NOT USE THE FIRE-STATION DRIVEWAY !!!!! THIS IS OFF LIMITS TO ALL VEHICLES OTHER THAN FIRE STATION VEHICLES. Please do not use this as a drop off station either. For the safety of the children and those responding to emergencies, this area should always remain free of vehicles and pedestrians.
